The villa is located in the small place of Okrug Gornji (2 km), on the island of Ciovo, just 5 km from the center of the historic city of Trogir, which is UNESCO protected. Villa Dalmatia consists of the ground floor and the first floor. The property around the villa is spread on an area of 3300 m2, while the villa itself has an area of 100 m2.

From the terrace, there is a beautiful view of the endless sea, the bay and nearby islands where you can enjoy yourself while soaking up some vitamin D. Between the terrace with the pool and the terrace with the barbecue, there is a romantic pebble trail, which is perfect for summer relaxing or as a playground for children. By the barbecue, there is a covered dining area with a table and chairs. This area is ideal for family meals and relaxing in the shade with your loved ones. Right next to this terrace, there is another terrace with outdoor sitting furniture perfectly made for lazy summer days and reading a novel. An exit from the property leads to the beach, which is directly in front of the villa and it has a private boat mooring (up to 20 m).
