• Participants must be a full time travel consultant
• No guests allowed (absolutely no one may accompany travel advisors as a guest or companion, rooms are not to be share with anyone and are to be occupied exclusively by advisors accepted to attend the study tour)
• PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT: This educational opportunity is soft/medium adventure based and requires walking up to 3 miles per day, up and down hills, over rough or uneven terrain or cobblestone streets. By submitting the application, travel advisors confirms there are no condition, medical or otherwise that would preclude them from participating in any of the activities listed on the itinerary while on this trip.
• Any advisor who indicates they are able to participate and later is unable to do so, will be left behind and the group will not make accommodation for this advisor.
• Participants are required to participate in all meals, events and site inspections throughout the trip
• Participants must have a valid Passport
• DEMEANOR: Advisors are expected to adopt a positive and collaborative attitude throughout the Study Tour and represent their Agency in a professional and courteous manner at all times. Advisor who do not conduct themselves accordingly are subject to being removed from the tour at their own expense
