First stop will be the biggest cemetery in Zagreb called Mirogoj. You will continue onto the Jewish section of the cemetery. Nikola Subic Zrinski Square

This park is located near the central Ban Jelacic Square, halfway towards the Main Railway Station. It is a part of the so-called Green horseshoe or Lenuzzi’s horseshoe. The southern part of Zrinjevac sports busts of significant Croatian people. In the middle of the park is a music pavilion built in 1891.

Plitvice Lakes

Split

The first inhabitant of Split was the Roman emperor Diocletian who started to build his palace in this friendly bay around 293 AD. After his abdication he withdrew to this luxurious palace.

Cable car

Two cabins, holding up to 30 passengers, need less than 4 minutes to negotiate the 778 meter distance between the lower and upper stations, passing over one column (disabled access). The upper station, located at 405 meters above sea level, has three terraces equipped with binocular telescopes, a panoramic restaurant, a souvenir shop, restrooms (disabled access) and an amphitheater with seating for a maximum of 120 people. The amphitheater is available for hire for an event or a special occasion. Once at the top go to the Restaurant with Panoramic view. The restaurant lies on the very edge of the hill from where You have magnificent views over the Old City of Dubrovnik, the island of Lokrum and the crystal clear blue sea. After the fall of Granada in 1492, the persecution of Jews from Spain and Portugal began and some of them decided to make Sarajevo their next place of residence, since Bosnia and Herzegovina was one of the few territories in Europe that welcomed Jews after their expulsion from Spain. The Jewish Tour is the perfect place to find out just how the Sarajevans got new neighbors in the 16th
century – the Sephardim Jews, and what day to day life was like in Sijavus Pasha’s quarter, as well as how they adapted to a life in new and quite different surroundings. The entire community prospered in Bosnia, living side by side with their Muslim neighbors, the country becoming the largest Sephardi Jewry centers outside Spain. The activity of the Jewish Historical Museum is versatile and dynamic – it stages exhibitions continually, it has a dynamic publishing activity, and as the only museum of its type, it provides daily assistance and information to scholars, scientists, students and artists, and other interested individuals. Apart from maintaining contacts with individuals, the Jewish Historical Museum cooperates closely with other similar national and international institutions.
